To purchase an extension, you must present the previous (extended) serial number. The previous serial number must match the purchased extension in terms of the number of protected devices. For example, if you have a previous serial number for one device, this means that it is impossible to extend the license for a different number of devices. Only a previous serial number that has not been previously extended is suitable for extension. The wait may be up to two business days.
