Sellers guarantee that all digital goods, keys, and accounts distributed through Nitcade are obtained legally and do not violate any third-party intellectual property rights or terms of service.

3. Seller Obligations

Sellers are required to provide prompt support to buyers in the event of a defective or non-working digital product. Failure to resolve legitimate buyer complaints may result in account suspension.

4. Fees and Payouts

Nitcade reserves the right to withhold payouts temporarily if fraudulent activity is suspected. Standard platform fees apply to all transactions as listed in the seller dashboard.
